Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Bronx, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 AM–11 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (718) 350-8757. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Customers rate it 4.3 out of 5 on Google across 245 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded indian restaurants in Bronx.

Bronx is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bronx follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We visited Hasan Chinese last evening for dinner and it was a fantastic experience. The food quality is top-notch—everything was absolutely delicious and authentic. What made it even better was the staff; they are incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you're in the Bronx and craving great Bangladeshi-style Chinese, this is the spot! Highly recommended

Amazing food and excellent service! Tonight, my friend Kauser and I had dinner at Hasan Halal Chinese. We ordered the Beef Tehari and Chicken Tikka Biryani, and both dishes were absolutely outstanding. The Beef Tehari was incredibly flavorful—perfectly cooked with just the right blend of spices, not oily, and tasted like authentic Bangladeshi home-style cooking. Honestly, it’s been a long time since I’ve had such a good Beef Tehari. The Chicken Tikka Biryani? No words—simply the best! It was so good that we immediately ordered another one for our friend Mosru and called him to come try it himself. The service was just as impressive. Mr. Hasan personally served us with such hospitality. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for delicious, authentic food with top-notch service. Best of luck, Mr. Hasan—keep up the great work!
